Business System Analyst

Euclid Technology is in search of bright and motivated Business System Analysts to join our team.  Headquartered in Bethesda, Maryland, Euclid Technology develops and implements premier enterprise software solutions to associations, nonprofits and other member-based organizations.  Its flagship product, ClearVantage®, is a comprehensive association management software (AMS) solution that provides cross-functional enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, data warehouse and analysis tools, targeted marketing, workflow management and electronic commerce.   

Responsibilities:

Work closely with clients to understand their business environment,    
    define processes and translate into software system requirements;
Participate in software implementation process, including design and
  testing of software to ensure compliance with system requirements;
Prepare and conduct system training for clients;
Provide support to current clients;
Write reports using report writer(s);
Develop conversion plans and convert data;
    Write technical documents, including user manuals and how-to guides.

Requirements:

Strong oral and written communication skills;
2 to 5 years experience in the field;
Familiarity with Windows based software and operating environment;
Knowledge of current data manipulation tools, such as Access and 
    Excel.

Highly Desirable:

Familiarity with SQL-based databases;
Background in report writing;
