Project Manager

Responsibilities:

• - Manages the simultaneous implementation of Euclid’s comprehensive software solution
    for several clients
   
• - Manages the day to day activities of assigned projects and is directly responsible for
    supervision of the personnel assigned to the projects and the quality of the delivered
    system
   
• - Facilitates Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions used for requirements gathering,
    process understanding and overall system design and oversees the production of design
    documents
   
• - Guides team members and actively participates in all areas of project implementation;
• 
  - Responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying
    appropriate resources needed, and budgeting to ensure timely completion of projects

• - Serves as the primary resource and coordinator for other employees within the project
    team
•  
• - Formulates and reviews project performance plans and deliverable items
  
  - Interfaces with clients on a continuous basis
• 
  - Coaches, motivates and develops all team members to achieve results and models this
    behavior by frequently acquiring and sharing information, offering suggestions/acting as a
    mentor, and putting in the effort required to meet client deadlines
   
• - Foresees potential business or technical issues within the project and addresses them
    before they become problems
•  
• - Seeks feedback from clients on their understanding of deadlines, project plans and status

Minimum Requirements:

• - Five years experience in managing full life-cycle software projects (requirements, design,
    implementation, integration, testing)
   
• - Bachelors degree in a related field is preferred
   
• - Project Management training and/or certification is required
• 
  - Excellent client management skills
• 
  - Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• 
  - Must be organized and detail-oriented
   
• - Must be a team player and highly productive
• 
  - Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional and diplomatic
    manner

Highly Desirable:

• - Knowledge of association industry
   
• - Experience implementing Association Management Software
   
• - Experience implementing CRM or ERP solutions
