Seeing the Forest for the Trees: American Forest Foundation Goes Live with ClearVantage

AFF represents family forest owners and environmental educators who understand the importance of the stewardship of natural resources and the value of forests to America’s well-being and quality of life. AFF provides hands-on support to family forest owners through the American Tree Farm System®, a network of more than 95,000 woodland owners, sustainably managing nearly 26 million acres. AFF also supports professional development trainings for 30,000 teachers a year who use the organization's premier environmental curriculum, Project Learning Tree®, in classrooms in all 50 states.
AFF needed a comprehensive tool to manage the many facets of its organization such as data collection, reports regarding sustainable forestry management, professional development workshops for educators, and more.
“We selected ClearVantage because we saw the system’s powerful capabilities and flexibility and knew that it could meet our specific needs,” says Scott Smiley, AFF’s Vice President of Finance and Administration. “What we didn’t anticipate was how smooth the implementation would be, thanks to the professionalism and expertise of the Euclid project team. They were involved and focused each and every step of the way. We never felt as though we wouldn’t make important deadlines or that critical integration points with existing tools could not be completed,” continues Smiley.

Our implementation and web teams always do great work, and they certainly rose to the challenge once again.
