2010: Another Innovative and Successful Year at Euclid

Bethesda, Maryland - Euclid Technology (www.euclidtechnology.com), one of the leading providers of association management software (AMS), announced that 2010 was another successful and busy year for the company, with new clients, several “go lives,” PCI compliance for its entire software suite, the release of powerful new web features to its flagship AMS solution, ClearVantage, and the inclusion again on the Inc. 5000 list of the fastest growing companies in the United States.

“Our thirteenth year in business was an excellent one for us on so many levels,” explains Charlie Vinal, President and CEO of Euclid Technology. “We signed more new clients, smoothly handled some complex ClearVantage implementations, deployed a record number of upgrades to our existing client base, and continued to innovate our products and services. One of our biggest successes this year was achieving PA-DSS compliance for our entire ClearVantage suite of products. The PCI Council’s requirements for meeting PA-DSS compliance were extensive and complex, and not only did our development team work tirelessly to achieve compliance far earlier than most of our competitors, but our outstanding support team was able to implement and deploy the changes in a way that had minimal, if any, impact on our clients’ operations. It was a huge challenge but in gaining compliance for our entire software suite, we further cemented Euclid as the leader in our industry. Even more importantly, we provided our customers with a tremendous head start in achieving overall PCI compliance.” 

“We also achieved some terrific successes on the web front. We released a new Universal Shopping Cart web service, allowing our clients to increase their revenue; automated a comprehensive certification and recertification process with an easy to use web interface; implemented our own ClearVantage Connect content management solution; and integrated with a Learning Management System, eLEARN,” notes Vinal. 
“In short, it has been a great year for Euclid, and 2011 looks to be even better. The economy has turned a corner, and our sales pipeline looks very promising. Our developers are hard at work creating new functionality, including social networking tools and more smart phone capabilities. We are gearing up for another ClearVantage User Group Meeting in April. We have numerous implementations occurring right now, led by highly experienced staff. Our support team is, without question, the best in the industry.” Vinal concludes, “I could go on and on, but the bottom line is that we have such a great team here at Euclid, and that is what sets us apart. We are able to do things that companies with greater resources simply are not able to do. It is why we continue to win deals over our competitors, why we have been able to grow our staff and client base during the worst economic downturn in decades, and why we are able to successfully innovate, implement, train and support such a diverse group ofclients.”
