Bethesda, MD - Euclid Technology, a leading provider of enterprise resource management solutions, announced today that the Educational Theatre Association (EdTA) has selected ClearVantage 7, Euclid’s premier association management software (AMS).
EdTA is the largest professional association serving the field of theatre education. The organization promotes the value of theatre in the educational curriculum as an important and comprehensive subject drawing directly from all other fields of academic study. Together with its student honorary organization, the International Thespian Society (ITS), EdTA offers a wide variety of benefits to its members, including publications, professional development workshops and festivals. Since its inception, nearly 2 million members have been inducted into ITS from the United States, Canada, and overseas.
“We needed a trustworthy, robust management system that would be able to handle the large amount of information that we deal with on a daily basis,” states Sandy Morgan, EdTA’s Manager of Information Technology. “One of the things that impressed us the most about ClearVantage is the software’s ability to track and manage events almost seamlessly in real-time. For example, our largest annual event, the International Thespian Festival, brings in thousands of individuals from across our membership base. With ClearVantage, we will be able to manage almost every intricacy of this event from logistics (such as room assignments, guest speakers, and event rules) to registration. In addition, ClearVantage will allow us to easily stay in touch with the various EdTA troupes that we have across the country and beyond, as well as track the many fundraising activities and other events in which we participate,” finished Morgan.
“The Educational Theatre Association does such interesting work and offers so many wonderful events and other benefits to its members. Euclid is excited to help EdTA go to the next level and provide even better service to its growing membership base,” says Euclid Technology’s President and CEO, Charlie Vinal.
