Bethesda, Maryland - Euclid Technology, one of the nation’s leading providers of association management software and a member of the prestigious 2008, 2009 and 2010 Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing companies, is pleased to announce that eight Component Medical Societies of the California Medical Association (CMA) have gone live with ClearVantage as their Association Management Software (AMS) solution.
ClearVantage is an integrated solution that allows users to manage and track all aspects of association management including membership, events, products, subscriptions, continuing medical education (CME), surveys, business intelligence and more.
CMA and its 38 Component Medical Societies represent more than 35,000 members in all modes of practice and medical specialties serving the patients of California. Because of the close partnership between CMA and the Component Medical Societies, it was imperative from the outset for CMA to find a software solution that was flexible enough, as well as find a vendor that could listen and understand the unique needs of all of the groups involved with CMA.
“Our original goal in selecting Euclid and ClearVantage was to bring all 38 of the county medical societies under a single solution” says Rachel Smith, CMA’s Vice President of Member Services. “Not only was Euclid able to deliver at CMA headquarters, a feat that previous vendors could not achieve, but now it has replicated that success at the Component Medical Society level eight separate times. The software is terrific, and the staff at Euclid has been thorough, detail-oriented and very responsive to any issues that arise.”
“ClearVantage is easy to use and meets our needs,” explains Maryann Eckhout, Executive Director of Component Medical Societies for Napa and Solano counties. The two join Alameda-Contra Costa, Marin, Sonoma, Mendocino-Lake, San Joaquin and Los Angeles counties in utilizing ClearVantage to manage their membership, events, committees, advertising, subscriptions and much more. “Each of the Component Medical Societies is different, so the software’s adaptability and flexibility are truly impressive.”
“We are delighted that our partnership with the California Medical Association continues to grow and thrive”, notes Euclid President & CEO, Charlie Vinal. “The fact that several of the component medical societies are now using the software so successfully speaks to the great working relationship that has developed between Euclid and CMA since 2006. CMA and its component societies have some of the best and most committed staff that we have had the pleasure of working with since Euclid was founded 13 years ago. We look forward to continuing our work with CMA to bring on additional CMS's so that each can reap the benefits of a powerful AMS solution” concludes Vinal.
