Bethesda, Maryland - Euclid Technology (http://66.93.106.4/dnn), a premier provider of integrated software solutions for member-centric organizations, today announced that Christian Service Charities (CSC) selected Euclid's flagship, web-enabled software, ClearVantage 6.0, for its new association management system.
Founded in 1994, CSC is a coalition of charitable organizations that works to gain access for its member charities to over 400 public and private workplace fundraising drives, including the Combined Federal Campaign.
CSC was looking for a web-enabled solution that would streamline its internal business processes, improve its ability to manage successful fundraising campaigns, and provide more comprehensive services to its membership. "CSC has experienced tremendous growth over the last few years, and we were looking for software that would provide us with the tools we need to efficiently manage our growth while providing outstanding service to our member charities," notes Jeff Lee, Director of Campaign and Member Services for CSC. "We were sold on ClearVantage because of features like a 'members-only' charity home page that draws on information from within the ClearVantage system and automatically updates the website in real time."
Other features of ClearVantage 6.0 include:
Online charity applications and processing: CSC will replace dozens of paper-based forms with a simplified online application, virtually eliminating the cumbersome process of managing thousands of paper applications and manually retyping data into multiple systems. Furthermore, ClearVantage's built-in intelligence instantly analyzes application data to determine which of the 400 nationwide campaigns a charity is eligible to participate in and then dynamically creates and pre-fills forms that meet each campaign's specifications. The new automated processing is expected to cut the application processing time from weeks to minutes.
Improved campaign management: ClearVantage tracks detailed campaign demographics and statistics. Easy-to-use reporting tools means anyone can generate detailed reports on membership trends and campaigns, including comparisons to historical data.
Personalized target marketing: powerful querying capabilities on detailed demographic information allow for more effective, personalized marketing of charities to individuals or corporations based on their interests and demographics.
"Euclid is delighted to be working with the CSC project team and the Information Technology Advisory Group (ITAG) to implement a revolutionary approach to online application processing, charity campaign management and member service delivery," says Charles Vinal, President and CEO of Euclid Technology. "I am confident that our software application, combined with our thorough implementation approach, will allow CSC to achieve its business objectives and become a leader in helping charities manage the fundraising process."
