2009 Annual User Group Meeting

The 2009 ClearVantage User Group Meeting is almost here and you do not want to miss it! Join ClearVantage users and the Euclid team at the DoubleTree Hotel and Conference Center in Bethesda, Maryland for valuable educational workshops, interactive roundtable discussions, networking opportunities and exclusive demonstrations of the latest ClearVantage functionality presented by Euclid's President and CEO, Charlie Vinal.
This year's meeting is geared toward: Educating ClearVantage users, Engaging peers, Elevating knowledge and understanding of ClearVantage and Embracing the ClearVantage community with the launch of Euclid's new website! Come along for what is sure to be the most relevant and exciting ClearVantage User Group event of 2009!
This two day conference costs $425 if you register by August 5, 2009. After this date, the registration fee is $495. We have also reserved a set of rooms at the DoubleTree for out of town guests at the discounted rate of $209 per night. October is a beautiful month in the Washington DC area, so you may want to come in a few days ahead or plan to stay a couple days after to enjoy our nation's capital! Please note that we will be having a happy hour on Sunday night before the conference and everyone is welcome to attend!

Cancellation and Refund Policy
You may cancel up to 30 days before the show (cancel by September 4th, 2009) and receive a full refund and no cancellation fee. You may cancel 15 days before the show (September 18th, 2009) and you will get a full refund of your registration fee but you will be be charged a $250 cancellation fee. After September 18th, no refunds will be made. Please note that you may substitute another person from your organization for your registration at any time at no charge.
