This release introduces Mailchimp integration in CV Online, allowing users to subscribe and unsubscribe individuals directly from the individual list and notebook. It also includes a series of updates across lists and notebooks, including expanded AR Period visibility, improved record deletion behavior, and enhanced list filtering options.

Important Email History Storage Update

We've introduced new storage management for email history. Message bodies will now be retained until the storage limit is reached, and you will be able to specify keywords which will identify emails to be retained the longest. When the limit is reached, older message bodies will be removed. The email record will remain visible, but view/download options may be unavailable for some messages. For marketing emails, we'll display the original template when possible. Additional tools for monitoring storage are coming soon. For more information see the Email History Data Retention Policy.

New Features

  • Mailchimp
    • The Mailchimp integration from CV Desktop has been added to CV Online. You can enable it using the ALLOW_MAILCHIMP CV Online setting. Once enabled, a Mailchimp Sync activity button will be available in the individual list and notebook, allowing users to subscribe or unsubscribe individuals from Mailchimp lists.

      Note

      Additional configuration is required before enabling Mailchimp. For more information, please contact your Euclid Support Analyst. ClearVantage only supports subscribe and unsubscribe operations. All other Mailchimp list actions (such as creating or deleting lists) must be performed directly in Mailchimp.

Updates

  • Dashboard Gadgets

    • Added 3 dashboard gadgets to monitor email history storage: "Email History Storage Summary" pie chart and table views for "Email History Retention Status" and "Email History Keywords".

  • Groups Notebook & List

    • Added a new field "Total In-Kind" to reflect the total of in-kind donations made by a group member.

  • Individual List

    • Modified system behavior so that users can continue using the application while deleting or anonymizing an individual record. During deletions, an indicator will appear in the lower left corner of the screen, and users will be notified when the deletion is complete.

  • Individual Notebook

    • Added NB_IND_ADDRCHANGE_UPDATE CV Online setting (default N) to support automatically refreshing the individual notebook after changes to an address record for clients with a configuration that synchronizes address data to the primary individual profile address fields via a database trigger.
    • Added "AR Period" as a baseline column in the Payments tab.

  • Invoice List

    • Added "AR Period" to the quick find under "Invoice Item Criteria".

  • List Interfaces

    • Added support for special search strings when using column-header list filters:
      • (EMPTYORNULL) to filter for values that are either an empty string or NULL
      • (EMPTY) to filter specifically for values that are an empty string (excluding NULL)
      • <>(EMPTY) to filter specifically for values that are non-empty

  • Membership Renewals

    • View Created Payments
      • Added "AR Period" as a baseline column.

  • Organization Notebook

    • Added "AR Period" as a baseline column in the Payments tab.

  • Payment Batch Notebook

    • Added "AR Period" as a baseline column in the Payments tab.

  • Payment Notebook

    • Added "AR Period" as a read-only field in the baseline layout.

  • Payments List

    • Added "AR Period" to the quick find and as a baseline column.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed dark theme for the saved list manager.
  • Fixed issue where the answers to action item questions were not being updated.
  • Fixed issue where REG_PAID journey kickoffs would not fire for zero-dollar registrations.
  • Fixed issue where "Item Info" was not being populated in the Order Fulfillment list.

CV Web 5 Baseline
