MemberConnection, Inc., a startup company being incubated by Euclid Technology, is hiring bright, motivated and tech savvy sales consultants with strong organization and communication skills. MemberConnection, Inc. offers state-of-the-art enterprise SaaS software to the over two million small associations and nonprofit organizations in North America, Europe and Australia. The successful Sales Consultant and Account Manager will become an expert in MemberConnection’s product and services; promote MemberConnection via social media, email, telephone and trade shows; perform sales demonstrations for prospects both online and in-person; follow-up with prospects to answer questions and provide requested information; and serve as the account representative once a prospect signs up. Job Responsibilities:
- Become an expert user of MemberConnection’s online software. MemberConnection provides comprehensive features for managing membership, events, donations, marketing, online communities and more. It also allows customers to build and manage their own websites. Learning how to use the software and being able to effectively demonstrate its capabilities are essential to this position.
- Promote MemberConnection via social media, trade shows (a small amount of travel may be required), email and phone calls.
- Perform complete software demonstrations of MemberConnection’s features, both online and in-person
- Follow up with prospects and convert them to clients
- Help clients get up and running on the software by assisting them with basic configuration and providing online training
College Majors: Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising, Sales
Compensation: This position provides a base salary of $30,000, with commission targeted at $20,000 to $50,000 depending on sales performance.
