Euclid Technology, an innovative and growing company that develops and implements premier enterprise software solutions, Content Management Systems, and Mobile Web Solutions for associations, nonprofits and other member-based organizations, is in search of experienced and highly motivated Project Managers to join our team. Our flagship product, ClearVantage®, is a comprehensive SaaS solution that provides cross-functional enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, member relationship management, data warehouse and analysis tools, targeted marketing, workflow management, electronic commerce and web content management in one integrated solution.
Responsibilities:
- Manages the simultaneous implementation of ClearVantage® for multiple clients;
- Manages the day to day activities of assigned projects;
- Directly responsible for supervision of the personnel assigned to the projects and the quality of the delivered system;
- Facilitates sessions used for requirements gathering, process understanding and overall system design and oversees the production of design documents;
- Guides team members and actively participates in all areas of project implementation;
- Responsible for assembling project teams, assigning individual responsibilities, identifying appropriate resources needed, and budgeting to ensure timely completion of projects;
- Serves as the primary resource and coordinator for other employees within the project team;
- Formulates and reviews project performance plans and deliverable items;
- Interfaces with clients on a continuous basis;
- Coaches, motivates and develops all team members to achieve results and models this behavior by frequently acquiring and sharing information, offering suggestions/acting as a mentor, and putting in the effort required to meet client deadlines;
- Foresees potential business or technical issues within the project and addresses them before they become problems;
- Seeks feedback from clients on their understanding of deadlines, project plans and status
Minimum Requirements:
- Five years of experience in managing full life-cycle software projects (requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, go live);
- Project Management training and/or certification is required;
- Excellent client management skills;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Must be organized and detail-oriented;
- Must be a team player and highly productive;
- Ability to interact with all levels of an organization in a professional and diplomatic manner
Highly Desirable:
- Knowledge of association industry;
- Experience implementing Association Management Software (AMS) solutions
- Experience implementing CRM or ERP solutions
