Euclid Technology, an innovative and growing company that develops and implements premier enterprise software solutions, Content Management Systems, and Mobile Web Solutions for associations, nonprofits and other member-based organizations, is in search of a bright and highly motivated Marketing Associate to join our team. Our flagship product, ClearVantage®, is a comprehensive, state of the art SaaS solution that provides cross-functional enterprise resource planning, customer relationship management, member relationship management, data warehouse and analysis tools, targeted marketing, workflow management, electronic commerce and web content management in one integrated solution.
The successful Marketing Associate will become an expert in Euclid’s products and services; promote Euclid and ClearVantage via email, telephone and trade shows; help develop and deploy marketing strategies; assist with marketing campaigns; assist with sales demonstrations for prospects both online and in-person; and follow up with prospects to answer questions and provide requested information.
Job Responsibilities:
· Become an expert user of ClearVantage, an association management software solution. ClearVantage provides comprehensive features for managing membership, events, donations, marketing, online communities and more. Learning how to use the software and being able to effectively demonstrate its capabilities is a core part of this position;
· Assist with online marketing strategies;
· Gather and enter data for marketing campaigns;
· Develop and document understanding of the customer base and prospective customers;
· Gather and analyze competitive information;
· Work with VP of Sales and marketing staff to execute marketing plans;
· Promote ClearVantage via trade shows (a small amount of travel may be required), press releases, online blogs, email and phone calls;
· Prepare proposals for prospective clients;
· Assist with software demonstrations of ClearVantage’s features, both online and in-person;
· Follow up with prospects;
· Assist in some aspects of software sales, including prospecting, qualifying, demos and proposals;
· Develop key business relationships within this targeted marketplace.
Minimum Education: Bachelor’s Degree
Majors: Marketing, Business, Communications, Advertising
Required Experience: None.
Desired Experience:
· One to two years of marketing or sales experience
· Experience in the association and/or nonprofit industry
· Experience using software to promote and/or manage a small business or nonprofit
Required Skills:
· Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills
· Technical and social media savvy
· Highly organized with attention to detail
· Self-directed and self-motivated
· Experienced using software tools for business, such as CRM, Email Marketing and Event Management Software
