This release introduces a new Transfer Registration feature, allowing users to move cancelled registrations to another event with a streamlined workflow and audit trail. Enhancements across various modules include email history tracking for individuals, action item support for committee members, and improvements to the event cancellation process to support linked dues and invoices.
New Features
- Transfer Registration
- Added the ability to transfer a registration from one event to another. Only registrations that have been invoiced and cancelled can be transferred. This option is only available for clients using CVWeb 5 templates in ClearVantage (with the
EVT_REG_USE_CVWEB5

Abstract Notebook
- New CVO system settings,
TXTLBL_ABSTRACT_SING
andTXTLBL_ABSTRACT_PLUR
, have been added to allow changing the word "Abstract" and "Abstracts" in labels on the Abstracts module. The titles "Submissions" and "Submission" will be used for the tabs and form titles when theTXTLBL_ABSTRACT_SING

Action Item Notebook
- Added "Committee Member" as an option in the "Transaction Type" field. This will allow action items to be attached to a committee member record which provides flexibility to track and manage actions and documents associated with committee members, such as an onboarding checklist, application documents, and more.

Committee Member Notebook
- Added "Add Action" activity button. This will open the action item notebook and set the "Transaction Type", under the section "Attached Transaction", as "Committee Member" with the committee member ID set automatically as the transaction ID so that the newly created action item will be linked to the active committee member notebook.
- Added "Action History" notebook group to list the actions items related to the committee member.
- Added "Dues/Subs/Dons" as an available tab. It shows a list of the dues, subscription, and donation records that are linked to committee member and the committee.

Dues/Sub/Don List
- The "Bill Frequency" field was added to the Dues/Subs/Dons quick find search.
- Added "Category", "Billing Group", "Bill Frequency", "Paid Date", "Acknowledged?", and "Acknowledged Date" columns to the baseline list layout.

Event Cancel Registration UI
- Added a "Review linked dues/subs/dons for cancellation?" checkbox to determine whether to open any linked dues/sub/don records after cancelling the registration so that they can be reviewed and cancelled as needed. This will only be available when cancelling a registration with linked dues.
- Added a "Review registration invoice to process refunds?" checkbox to determine wether to open the registration invoice after cancelling to review payments and process refunds as needed. This will only be available when cancelling a paid registration. It replaces the existing "An invoice exists for this registration, would you like to view the invoice?" prompt that would be displayed after cancelling a paid registration.

- Added the "Emails" history tab. This tab shows a record of select past and upcoming email communications for the active individual.

CV system setting, along with updated versions of CV Transaction Manager and the CV Web Objects. Please coordinate with your support analyst to enable this feature. Only emails generated after the configuration has been enabled will appear on the history tab. - Emails that will appear on the history tab include:
- Email blasts and single emails sent through the email blast interface.
- Invoice emails sent through the "Email Invoice" feature.
- Confirmation emails generated through the member website.
- When reviewing emails, past messages may be previewed or downloaded, and messages scheduled for the future may be deleted.

Bug Fixes
- Fixed bug where the "Individuals Updated" list from the Membership Renewals UI would not display any results in some scenarios.
- Fixed bug where fields could not be dragged into the last section in the notebook editor.
- Fixed bug where the "Price Groups" tab would not show in the event notebook.
- Fixed bug where the tab counts would not show in the document, action item, and registration notebooks when the notebook first loaded.
- Fixed bug where clicking on the value in the "Activity Record" column in the Activity Timeline would not open the corresponding notebook for records with a name containing an apostrophe.
- Fixed bug where renaming and hiding tabs in the Committee Member notebook was not possible.
- Fixed bug where the "Booth Status" value was not being shown in the Booth list.
