Journeys Demo

  • Overview (1:15): An intro to the new feature "Journeys", what it can do and how it can be used.
  • Add Journey (05:30): Create a new journey.
  • Kickoff Events (11:00): Select which system actions will trigger the journey.
  • Create a Custom Kickoff Event (14:00): Set-up a kickoff event that involves a specific record in the system.

Self-check-in Application

  • Sending QR codes to attendees (02:33): Send QR codes to paid & active attendees of an event through the registration list.
  • Set-up a check-in kiosk using a scanner (15:33): Set-up of a check-in kiosk that uses an attached scanner to scan the attendee QR code.
  • Reporting on check-in kiosks (35:33): See the "Self Check-In Stats" dashboard, in the event notebook, to see stats for check-in kiosks.
  • Scanning QR codes in CVO (39:21): You can scan an attendees QR code, within CVO, to find their registration quickly.
  • Set-up a hybrid check-in kiosk using a webcam (43:53): Set-up of a check-in kiosk that allows an attendee to scan a QR code,using the computer's webcam, and also allows the attendee to check-in by searching for their registration using their name.
