Unnmatched Implementation Process

 

 

Euclid's Implementation Done Right approach has a proven track record. This approach ensures that we work closely with the client team to systematically identify and analyze the organization’s business processes, as well as its challenges and long-term objectives.

Requirements & Analysis

Euclid's expert implementation team will work with you to identify impacted processes and document specific requirements based on your needs.High level "to be" processes are defined and a preliminary inventory of source data is documented. The result of this step is called the Business System Evaluation (BSE).

Business System Design

Once your needs are documented, we prepare the Business System Design (BSD). The BSD describes exactly how the system will be configured to meet your needs and lays out the schedule for configuring the system, converting data, training users and going live.

System Configuration

ClearVantage is configured to meet the specifications in the BSD. This includes configuring business rules (e.g., your dues renewal and certification rules), laying out user roles and dashboards, configuring online member functionality, creating integration points, converting data and performing testing.

Training & Go Live

Once the system is configured, users are trained using a combination of on-demand learning and in-person training. The fully configured system is then put into production (aka Go Live). Euclid's team provide onsite Go Live support and post-implementation support.

Expert Team

When you partner with Euclid, the same support team will work with you from project start to continued, post-implementation support. All of our Support Specialists work out of our Bethesda headquarters, are highly trained in Euclid’s products and have a thorough understanding of the industry that we serve. This ensures complete knowledge transfer from start to finish and across experts on our team. It also allows us to fully understand your business process and needs so that we can provide personalized support to you and your team.

Responsive Support

Support is available to clients via phone and web. Telephone help desk is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 6 pm ET. Our online technical support website is available 24/7, allowing clients to submit support requests at their convenience.

Learning Resources

Euclid provides its partners with a wealth of online resources that are accessible 24/7. Resources include online video tutorials, written documentation, user communities, and more. We listen to our customers and are continuously adding new resources based on their requests.

Unparalleled Training

 

 

In addition to the training that takes place as part of the implementation process, Euclid emphasizes continuing education to teach new features and keep clients informed about Euclid products. To this end, Euclid provides a variety of live and computer-based training opportunities.

Training Center

Euclid offers quarterly training sessions at the Euclid Training Center in Bethesda. Sessions are open to all Euclid clients and last one to two days.

Remote Training

Euclid's customized remote training is geared for single users & focuses on features and business practices employed by the client.

Online Learning Resources

Euclid provides an array of online documentation and video tutorials to help users easily access training material remotely.

On-Site Training

Euclid provides on-site training upon request. On-site training is usually in response to a new feature or a change in business practices by the client..

User Group Meeting

Euclid provides opportunities for clients to gather and share ideas on best practices for using CV as well as helpful hints and updates on the software.
