Video communication tools have become critical to association’s day-to-day operations. In addition to the existing GoToWebinar integration, we are now launching our Zoom integration. This new integration works with both Zoom Webinars and Meetings, allowing you to handle every aspect of a Zoom event directly from ClearVantage. This includes webinar and meeting creation and registration. All of this data gets pushed automatically to Zoom. Zoom can use the information from ClearVantage to send meeting links and reminders.
Just a few of the things you can do with this new integration include:
- Eliminate manual entry in Zoom, which increases accuracy and saves time
- Ensuring you have the latest attendee information pushed to Zoom
- Associate a Zoom meeting or webinar to any event or session
Keep in mind that many of these features are also available in our existing GoToWebinar integration.
