This release adds a live filter, two-line labels, and tooltips to the Reports section of the activity panel across all lists and notebooks. A new Manual Journey Flag field has been added to registration, membership, subscription, and dues records, along with a corresponding "Manual Journey Flag Kickoffs" option in the Journey Notebook that lets staff trigger targeted journey communications on demand. 2FA Preferences fields have been added to both the Employee Notebook and the CV Menu for staff to configure their preferred two-factor authentication delivery method ahead of the upcoming 2FA rollout. Additional updates include sorting and filtering on the Invoice tab in Individual and Organization notebooks, open/closed account filters on IOLTA Account lists and notebook tabs, and new columns in the Gadget Manager to identify custom filters.

  • All Lists and Notebooks

    • Report Activity Panel
      • A live filter field has been added to the top of the Reports section in the activity panel on all lists and notebooks, as well as the Reports mega menu on Individual and Organization notebooks. Typing in the field instantly narrows the report list to matching names and highlights the matched text in each button label.
      • Report button labels now display up to two lines of text instead of being truncated to a single line, making it easier to distinguish similarly-named reports at a glance.
      • Hovering over any report button now shows the full report name as a tooltip.

  • CV Menu

    • Added "Update My 2FA Preferences" to allow staff to set their employee mobile number, email address, and preferred 2FA code delivery method prior to the 2-factor login rollout coming to ClearVantage.

  • Dues/Sub/Don Notebook

    • Added "Manual Journey Flag" (MANUALJOURNEYFLG) to the field bank. When this flag is set on a membership, subscription, donation, or dues record, it will trigger any "Manual Journey Flag" kickoffs configured in the Journey Notebook for that record type.

  • Employee Notebook

    • Added "2FA Preferences" field to allow admins to set preferred 2FA code delivery method for employee accounts.

  • Gadget Manager

    • Added columns to identify whether the gadget query contains custom filters for a notebook, user, or company.

  • Individual and Organization Notebooks

    • Invoice Tab
    • Enabled sorting for the list and also enabled filtering on all available fields.
    • IOLTA Accounts Tab
      • Added filter to allow users to easily find open or closed accounts.

  • IOLTA Accounts List

    • Added filter to allow users to easily find open or closed accounts.

  • Journey Notebook

    • A new "Manual Journey Flag Kickoffs" option has been added to the kickoff creation form. This kickoff type fires when a staff member manually sets the "Manual Journey Flag" on a specific registration, membership, subscription, donation, chapter dues, or committee dues record, allowing targeted journey communications to be initiated on demand for individual records.

  • Registration Notebook

    • Added "Manual Journey Flag" (MANUALJOURNEYFLG) to the field bank. When this flag is set on a registration, it will trigger any "Manual Journey Flag" kickoffs configured in the Journey Notebook for that event.

  • Verification Code and Password Staff Emails

    • Updated the email formatting for verification code and staff password reset communications. Changes in format are expected and reflect verified system-generated emails.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where certain special characters were not showing in the registration export and committee member export.
  • Fixed an issue where a subcommittee could not be created if the "Parent Committee" field was not present on the notebook layout.
