This release introduces SMS Communications, enabling SMS messaging throughout the application, and Submissions, a new module for creating customizable forms that support information collection, surveys, document uploads, and payment requirements. Journey enhancements include multi-company support and an expanded kickoff log with detailed entry information. Payment batch processing now supports automatic separation by payment method to simplify bank reconciliation, with configurable ACH cutoff times. User Groups now have a dedicated notebook for managing group membership, and the List Export interface includes a new "Manage" button for saved configurations. Additional updates include SMS opt-in functionality across events and registrations, Zoom account management through extended properties, the ability to change payees on non-invoiced registrations, and new SMS-related permissions for staff communication management.

This release adds a live filter, two-line labels, and tooltips to the Reports section of the activity panel across all lists and notebooks. A new Manual Journey Flag field has been added to registration, membership, subscription, and dues records, along with a corresponding "Manual Journey Flag Kickoffs" option in the Journey Notebook that lets staff trigger targeted journey communications on demand. 2FA Preferences fields have been added to both the Employee Notebook and the CV Menu for staff to configure their preferred two-factor authentication delivery method ahead of the upcoming 2FA rollout. Additional updates include sorting and filtering on the Invoice tab in Individual and Organization notebooks, open/closed account filters on IOLTA Account lists and notebook tabs, and new columns in the Gadget Manager to identify custom filters.

This release introduces Payment Reversals, a new workflow for managing ACH returns, chargebacks, and NSF reversals that automatically offsets affected payments and updates related invoice and payment records. The Gadget Manager is also new, enabling staff to create, edit, duplicate, and live-preview dashboard gadgets within CV Online. Additional updates include Saved List Manager enhancements with a duplicate action, "Data Preview" tab, and new "Query Administrator" permission; expanded invoice filtering and deprecation of the "Bills Due" tab on Individual and Organization notebooks; a "Forgot Password" link on the login form; a configurable due date option when adding memberships and subscriptions to cart; and a new "Copy User" activity button on the User Notebook.
